False HaloAnd it fades away
but a passing shadow lost and timeless
out of the light, into purgatory
left without a trace of my sanity

I remember where I am
but forget the sins that brought me here
though my soul aches for forgiveness
my mind is yet plagued with deception

I am a slave in this world
I crave words of justice but only vomit indifference
and realize I am a hopeless outcast, spewing scum into the streets,
another dark angel fallen from grace that never existed.

upon the lake
soon to come
the ice will break

Cracking creaking
crumbling down
jumping in
come to drown

Flames of ice
run down my back
millions of toothpicks
filling the cracks...

...of my broken life
is soon to end
there's no more soul,
no heart to mend

Frozen water
its deed is done
nothing to melt
no gleaming sun

Finish it off
take a knife or two
toy with it
a delicious crimson hue

It's all to shame
i'm to blame
condemned to the abyss
nothing exists

Paralyzed in the ice
thinking about my life
as the blood that flows starts to freeze
but I continue to bleed and bleed and bleed and bleed and

my mom got mad for me being on adobe too much though. hope all the work really pays off!!! lol!!!
